저희 리매치를 항상 사랑해 주셔서 감사합니다. 이번 저희 드림루키 콘서트 긴급 중단으로 불편을 드린 여러분께 진심으로 사죄 인사드립니다. 죄송합니다. 개최사와 주최사에서 커뮤니케이션 오류로 저희 리매치도 큰 당혹감을 가지게 되었습니다. 다시 한번 이용자분들에게 불편을 드려 진심으로 죄송합니다.
저희가 순차적으로 현재 구글 측에 환불을 문의 하고 있으며 현금으로 환불을 해드릴 예정입니다! 조금만 더 기다려주시면 결제를 취소하여 환불 드리겠습니다.
혹시나 결제를 하였는데 결제 취소가 되지 않으신 분은
카카오톡 채널로 문의 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

주최사와 운영사의 커뮤니케이션 오류로 인해 리매치와 스타덤 앱에서의 '2024 드림콘서트 3rd 스테이지' 투표를 중단하게 되었습니다. 
'드림루키 3rd 스테이지'에서 진행된 투표는 무효 처리되며, 투표에 사용된 투표권은 동일한 투표권으로 순차적으로 환불 예정입니다. 
환불된 투표권은 앞으로 진행 될 모든 어워드 투표에 사용 가능합니다.
현재 진행중인 아티스트 이름으로 기부하는 기부투표와 사진전/전광판홍보 서포트 가능한 이벤트투표는 정상적으로 진행될 예정입니다.

혼란을 드려 죄송하며 앞으로 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

 

Due to a communication error between the host and the operator, voting for "2024 Dream Rookie Voting - 3nd Stage" on the rematch and stardom app has been suspended.
Voting held at the "2024 Dream Rookie Voting - 3nd Stage" will be invalidated, and voting tickets used for voting will be refunded sequentially with the same voting ticket.
Refunded voting tickets will be available for all upcoming award votes.
Donation voting(Orange ticket) to donate under the artist's name and event voting (Green ticket) to support photo exhibition/electronic display promotion will be held normally.
